Group Course fees include initial placement test, tuition & course certificate on completion. Group Course fees do not include examination fees, course textbooks, social outings or personal insurance. Examination classes for Cambridge examinations

(First Certificate, CAE , IELTS & Proficiency) require a 12-week minimum study period. Above fees apply.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICE

Host family accommodation (Half Board: Breakfast + Evening Meal) £16.75 per night shared twin room (£17.75 July/August), £24 single, minimum 7 nights. An arrangement fee is included in this price. Guest house or Hotel (Bed & Breakfast only) from £39 per night per person.

Double room and en suite by arrangement. Accommodation is booked from the Sunday before the course begins.

TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Written acceptance of enrolment by the centre constitutes a valid agreement for the fees and the length of course specified

2. No refund of fees is made and there is no credit for students who miss sessions.

3. Minimum age 16 years (Adult school) 10 years (School Groups)

4. Students are not insured by the centre or by the host family against illness, accident, loss, theft or damage to property/personal effects. Students are strongly advised to take out personal insurance cover.

5. The centre acts as agents in arranging accommodation not as principals. An arrangement fee is included in the price.

6. Some extra activities, such as transport, cultural visits, sport, etc., are at the student’s expense.

7. All bank transfer charges incurred by the centre are to be paid by the student.

8. Some courses include breaks of not more than 30 minutes. Bank Holidays and other holiday breaks are included in all fees,

except 1:1 tuition.

9. The centre reserves the right to alter classes, time & place of study, fees and accommodation. At certain times of the year lessons may take place in other local premises.

10. A holiday of 1 week is allowed per 12 week’s attendance.

CANCELLATION CHARGES (All cancellations must be in writing to the centre)

1. If cancellation is made 15 days or more before expected arrival, £90 will be forfeited by the student.

2. If cancellation is made two clear weeks or less before arrival, 50% fees (min £90) + 1 week’s accommodation, will be forfeited.

3. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the course starts, or once the course has started, fees cannot be refunded or assigned for any reason. A full refund of fees is made (except administrative fee of £99) if you are refused a visa to enter the UK. To qualify, all original documents sent by the centre, including receipts and Letter of Acceptance, + the “Refusal of Entry” letter, must be returned to the centre. Amendment to visa support letter, £10. All transactions must be completed within 6 months of issue of visa support letter.
